8 WEEK INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Early Broadcasters Readiness Program is designed to support the development of educational television and digital media targeted at early elementary school children, teens and their families.
Here are some key aspects of the program:
- Educational Content Creation: The program funds the creation of television shows, podcasts, games, websites, and apps that engage young children and teach essential skills needed for success in elementary school.
- National Distribution: It supports activities that promote the national distribution of the programming, ensuring that the content reaches a worldwide audience via the GS Radio Network.
- Community-Based Outreach: The program includes initiatives to effectively use the programming in educational settings and community outreach efforts.
- Research and Evaluation: Independent evaluators conduct studies to assess the educational effectiveness of the content created under the program.
The program is typically held 2 to 4 times per year, with the next graduation expected in March 2025.
